• Sugar is high waisted with a low drop for maximum airflow and chafe busting. Sugar covers without constricting. Size up for a loose, airy feel - or size down for a fitted and sassier, infinitely prettier alternative to bike shorts.

Our customers who prefer a more snug boy short fit tend to size down, while those who prefer a breezy, fluttery fit size up. Both fits will provide you full coverage with much more airflow than fitted bike shorts and shapewear. Remember, our slip shorts are high waisted with a low drop - this means the fabric goes where your body needs it, with lots of ventilation for maximum airflow and buffering against chafing. One more note - while our slip shorts are cut with a high waist, some of our customers rock them below the waist for a baggy, ultra comfy, kind of 90s look. 

Soft stretch satin (96% poly 4% Lycra blend), soft stretch lace, soft elastic waist. Hand or machine wash and hang or lay flat to dry for longest life.

Ours is a 10-day return policy; you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return, and 10 days after receiving a return label to postmark for return shipping. Our recycled mailers are reusable with a spare sticky strip, so you can reuse if it you need to send undergoodies back to us.

To start a return, please pop an email over to info@furiousviola.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label. Please return item in same condition that you received it, unworn (other than appropriate and courteous trying on), with hygienic liner intact (where applicable). You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase. We will be unable to accept or refund Items sent back to us without following this protocol.

Please inspect your order upon reception and let us know immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if we sent the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnables

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of final sale items (will be noted in description) or gift cards.

The jiffiest way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to return the item you have, and then make a separate purchase for your perfect pair(s). 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll automatically issue the refund to your original payment method, (or let you know if there is an issue with the return).  Please do remember:  it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We ship in protective, ecologically conscious packaging. You choose carrier, shipping method, and price at checkout. FREE SHIPPING when you order 2 or more pieces! We are unable to make changes to shipping choices once an order has been placed.

Orders will be processed within 1-5 business (Monday-Friday) days and tracking will be made available to you so you can go on a little (or big) vicarious journey with your new goodies.
