Refund policy
Gave it a twirl and something's not quite right? Let's fix it!
You have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/return, and 10 days after receiving a return label to postmark for return shipping. Our recycled mailers are reusable with a spare sticky strip, so you can reuse to send undergoodies back to us. Please note: items from our sale section are FINAL SALE.
To start an exchange or return, please email us at info@undergoodies.com. We’ll email a return shipping label to you. Please return item in same condition that you received it, unworn (other than trying on over your own clean undies, please), with hygienic liner intact, where applicable. You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will be unable to accept or refund Items sent back to us without following this timeline and protocol. Please buzz us with any questions at info@undergoodies.com.
Got issues?
Please inspect your order upon reception and let us know immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if we sent the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnables
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of final sale items (will be noted in description) or gift cards.
Exchanges
When you email us, let us know what undergoodies you'd like to receive in exchange for those you're sending back. We'll ready the exchange and charge / credit any price difference and pop the new goodies into the mail within 3 biz days of receiving and inspecting those you mailed back.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll automatically issue the refund within 3 business days to your original payment method (or we'll let you know if there is an issue with the return). Please remember that it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
