Ours is a 10-day return policy; you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return, and 10 days after receiving a return label to postmark for return shipping. Our recycled mailers are reusable with a spare sticky strip, so you can reuse if it you need to send undergoodies back to us.

To start a return, please pop an email over to info@furiousviola.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label. Please return item in same condition that you received it, unworn (other than appropriate and courteous trying on), with hygienic liner intact (where applicable). You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase. We will be unable to accept or refund Items sent back to us without following this protocol.

Got issues?

Please inspect your order upon reception and let us know immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if we sent the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnables

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of final sale items (will be noted in description) or gift cards.

The jiffiest way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to return the item you have, and then make a separate purchase for your perfect pair(s). 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll automatically issue the refund to your original payment method, (or let you know if there is an issue with the return).  Please do remember:  it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We ship in protective, ecologically conscious packaging. You choose carrier, shipping method, and price at checkout. FREE SHIPPING on single orders over $100! We are unable to make changes to shipping choices once an order has been placed.

Orders will be processed within 1-5 business (Monday-Friday) days and tracking will be made available to you so you can go on a little (or big) vicarious journey with your new goodies.

We ship to the continental US and offer shipping to US territories, AK and HI as well as Canada. If you'd like international shipping, please contact us for a quote on shipping charges and any associated customs fees.
